Refund & Return Policy

At TrendwearClothing, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Return Window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
In the original packaging with tags still attached.
Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Please note: Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, TrendwearClothing will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trendwearclothing.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. How to Start a Return
Email us at info@trendwearclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the product back to us securely.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
