Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (promotions may apply).
Any expedited or express shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
International delivery times may take 7–21 business days depending on customs.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a local courier office, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
